Hi, I’m Jesse. My journey started out as a graphic designer, then shifted into web development before landing in user experience. UX led me deeper into psychology – a field I was already fascinated by. Understanding why people behave the way they do hooked me and my curiosity extended beyond UX. I started reading self improvement books, exploring different therapies, experimenting with diets, supplements and even psychoactive substances – all to sharpen my thinking, improve my mood, and live a better life. I absorbed all the content I could – YouTube, blogs, books, podcasts. Eventually, I realized I wanted to share what I’ve learned.
Why I’m Sharing This
This is the next venture in my journey. I’m not a medical professional or in any way qualified to give out medical advice. I’m not making promises that I or the content of my website are going to fix all your problems. Much of what I share isn’t new – but it’s curated from my experience. I’m just someone that’s curious about how the human body reacts to different things and someone who likes to experiment. I know not everything that’s worked for me will work for you, we all have different situations, and some things you’ll already know. As long as you take away a piece of information from this site that makes you feel better or motivates you to try something to better yourself, then my “mission” is accomplished.
Partnerships
Some of the products on this site are affiliate links for products I’ve used personally or carefully vetted. I also recommend books through bookshop.org, which supports local bookstores. I don’t want my affiliate section to feel like a list of random Amazon links. I always call out affiliate relationships, and I only share things I believe are worth your time.
Thanks for reading – I hope something here sparks your curiosity.
